A week with no food.
Its possible. I’d say in this week I’ve eaten maybe 50 pistachios. Total. and that was split between two days. I’ve gone five entire days without eating a single bite. I weighed myself in at 107. I lost five pounds. I didn’t exercise at all. Not one crunch. Watch this week of intense fasting put me at 99. :D If I can do it, we can ALL do it.

to feeling empty. I love intense fasting. I love the growling hollow sighs of my stomach- its an honor in the highest degree to have my own body literally shouting at me that I am prevailing, and hunger has lost. ^ One million percent achievable. <3
